Training large group of employees at high-throughput pig abattoir

Together with humane-slaughter specialists from Bristol university, Eyes on Animals inspected this slaughterhouse near Izmir in Turkey. Cattle were being forced to fall down in trip-floor boxes, getting one leg shackled by heavy chains and then being fully hoisted off the floor, all while fully conscious. Training electric stunning at sheep slaughterhouse near Izmir, Turkey

This morning the EonA team, greatly assisted by Dr. Miguel A. Arranz and humane slaughterman Aled Daniels from Bristol University, showed a slaughterhouse near Izmir the benefits of pre-stunning sheep before hoisting and cutting their throats.
