On February 4 and 5, we provided trainings to almost 100 employees at a large pig abattoir in Western Europe. This high-throughput facility features an innovative, low-stress design for automatic electric stunning. Our presentation covered all crucial factors to move pigs as humanely as possible through the design, keeping noise, fear, and the risk of pain as low as possible.
