Cihangir Et Slaughterhouse – Ereğli/Konya, Turkey

Raceway at Cihangir Et Slaughterhouse

Today the EonA & TSB|AWF team was in Ereğli (Turkey) and dropped by Cihangir Et, a small slaughterhouse which slaughters animals 2 days in a week. They slaughter approximately 40 cattle and 300-600 sheep on each day and they sell the meat at their own market stall in İstanbul. We met with the manager. Akşeker Et Slaughterhouse/Konya, Turkey

EonA and TSB|AWF team checked on a big Turkish food company's slaughterhouse today in Konya. Torku Et is a co-op slaughterhouse which has 16.000 farmer stakeholders. Visit of a poultry slaughterhouse using a multi-stage CO2 gas stunning system

Improvements at Gönen slaughterhouse, Turkey
