Today a team from Eyes on Animals and AWF/TSB gave a training course to the Hungarian police group responsible for checking on all trucks passing the Hungarian/Romanian border. Practical training of Hungarian police (inspection of Keus en Mollink)

Today Levente from Eyes on Animals/Animal Welfare Foundation assisted the Hungarian police near Tatabanya with inspecting livestock trucks. A Dutch truck from the company Keus en Mollink transporting pigs on a 14-hr journey from the Czech Republic to Romania was stopped and checked. On board were 170 pigs destined for slaughter. See those bags? Full of dead cattle. 55 days and still stranded. It's pretty obvious now there will only be one outcome for these animals. This industry is steeped in cruelty and suffering. Yet more evidence that we must have a worldwide ban #BanLiveExport
