EonA team visits poultry slaughterhouse Remkes in Epe (NL) during heatwave

Today our team visited poultry slaughterhouse Remkes in Epe. Remkes mainly slaughters broiler-breeders.  Remkes has a covered parking area near the slaughterhouse where poultry trucks can park in the shade. Visit to poultry slaughterhouse GPS in Nunspeet

Today Eyes on Animals visited poultry slaughterhouse GPS in Nunspeet. Various animal welfare measures had been implemented. There was blue light in the lairage. It is known that this has a calming effect on the chickens. Visit of a poultry slaughterhouse using a multi-stage CO2 gas stunning system
