Today Levente from Eyes on Animals and TSB|AWF gave a training course to the road officials of the Hungarian National Transport Authority about the EU rules regarding the protection of animals during transport. The room was packed and the participants eager to learn the theory so that they can help put it into practice. Transport companis and organizers wishing to violate the legislation on animal transport are having more and more a difficult time thanks to these training courses, as more and more livestock trucks are being checked on the roads in the middle of their journeys.
