Despite the problems caused by the Corona crisis, we received the good news that Kipster’s laying hens were still caught using the EonA catching method (birds kept upright) and not by the conventional method of hanging them by the legs, 4 birds per hand. Luckily there were enough catchers available with experience. Kipster even shared this news via their own Twitter account.
Normally an EonA team always goes there to and adjust where necessary, but of course that was not possibleduring the corona lockdown.
We are glad that Kipster strived to continue to use the more humane method of catching despite fewer catchers being available during the corona crisis, compliments for that!
