Practical training of Hungarian police (inspection of Keus en Mollink)
Today Levente from Eyes on Animals/Animal Welfare Foundation assisted the Hungarian police near Tatabanya with inspecting livestock trucks. A Dutch truck from the company Keus en Mollink transporting pigs on a 14-hr journey from the Czech Republic to Romania was stopped and checked. On board were 170 pigs destined for slaughter. Training course given to veterinarian inspectors in Macedonia
Eyes on Animals training material is now in use in Macedonia to train the official veterinarians there on animal transport legislation and practical tips to enforce it correctly.
