Juli 2014 \u2013 Ein Importverbot f\u00fcr Pferdefleisch, das unter EU-G\u00fctesiegel verkauft wird, ist dringend notwendig. <\/strong>Die Tierschutz-Koalition hat die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission aufgefordert, den Import von Pferdefleisch zu verbieten, um die qualvolle Produktion in Nord- und S\u00fcdamerika zu stoppen.<\/p>\n<p>Die internationale Tierschutz-Koalition von Tierschutzbund Z\u00fcrich (Schweiz), Animal Welfare Foundation (Deutschland), Animals\u2019 Angels (USA), GAIA (Belgien), Eyes on Animals (Niederlande) und L214 (Frankreich), unterst\u00fctzt durch die Eurogroup for Animals (Br\u00fcssel), hat k\u00fcrzlich mit der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission die Ergebnisse ihrer Langzeituntersuchung \u00fcber die Pferdefleischproduktion in den USA, Kanada, Mexiko, Argentinien und Uruguay diskutiert. Diese L\u00e4nder sind verantwortlich f\u00fcr den Import von 26.500 Tonnen Pferdefleisch.
