Heute sind es Rinder aus Australien und der Ukraine. Wie in allen t\u00fcrkischen Schlachth\u00f6fen werden auch hier die Rinder nicht bet\u00e4ubt. Sie kommen in eine Box, werden in dieser durch einen schr\u00e4gen Boden zu Fall gebracht, einem Hinterbein wird eine Kette angelegt, an dieser wird das Rind nach oben gezogen, um dann per Kehlschnitt auszubluten. Alles ohne jegliche Bet\u00e4ubung. Wir hoffen, dass eines Tages wenigstens alle Tiere vorher bet\u00e4ubt werden, bevor diese qualvolle T\u00f6tung beginnt. Aber im Moment werden wir wenigstens versuchen das Leiden der Tiere vor der Schlachtung zu minimieren. Wir sprechen mit den Veterin\u00e4ren des Schlachtbetriebes und weisen auf die rutschigen B\u00f6den hin und dass nicht vier Bullen gleichzeitig im Treibgang sein sollten, weil das bei sich fremden Tieren unweigerlich zu Hierarchiek\u00e4mpfen f\u00fchrt. Viele fallen dabei hin. Das verursacht zus\u00e4tzlichen Stress und Verletzungen. Ausserdem w\u00fcrden die hinteren Tiere geschlagen, wenn das erste Tier nicht in die Bet\u00e4ubungsbox l\u00e4uft. Die Bullen w\u00fcrden auch in die T\u00f6tungsbox schauen k\u00f6nnen und dort all das Blut und das Schneiden der anderen Tiere sehen (siehe Foto oben). Was \u00fcbrigens auch nach der rituellen Halal-Schlachtung nicht erlaubt ist. Die Veterin\u00e4re sind gespr\u00e4chsbereit und versprechen unseren Bericht mit Interesse zu lesen.
