Eyes on Animals hielt heute eine Online-Pr\u00e4sentation f\u00fcr das nieders\u00e4chsische Landwirtschaftsministerium und Vertreter aus der deutschen Gefl\u00fcgelindustrie \u00fcber das Projekt „aufrechte Fangmethode“ . Mit Videos vom aufrechten Einfangen und Verladen in mehreren Betrieben in den Niederlanden haben wir gezeigt, dass diese Methode (trotz der Einw\u00e4nde aus der Industrie) durchf\u00fchrbar ist und im Vergleich zur herk\u00f6mmlichen Fangmethode bei der die Tiere kopf\u00fcber h\u00e4ngen, deutlich weniger Stress verursacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf der heutigen Veranstaltung wurden auch andere Vortr\u00e4ge gehalten, darunter einer von der Universit\u00e4t Rostock, die eine Vergleichsstudie zwischen dem maschinellen Einfangen und dem manuellen Einfangen an zwei Beinen durchgef\u00fchrt hat. Ihre Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass es beim maschinellen Einfangen der V\u00f6gel mehr Verletzungen gibt, insbesondere an den Fl\u00fcgeln. Das zeigt, dass auch bei dieser Methode noch Verbesserungen notwendig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus berichtete Kipster, einer der ersten Gefl\u00fcgelbetriebe, der das Einfangen in aufrechter Haltung eingef\u00fchrt hat, \u00fcber ihre positiven Erfahrungen. Das Unternehmen erl\u00e4uterte auch, wie man die Erreichbarkeit der H\u00fchner verbessert und dadurch die Geschwindigkeit und Arbeitseffizienz erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
