Ziel war es, die F\u00e4nger \u00fcber die Verhaltensweisen, die Empfindungsf\u00e4higkeit und die Physiologie von Gefl\u00fcgel aufzukl\u00e4ren und ihnen zu zeigen, wie man Gefl\u00fcgel f\u00e4ngt, indem man es in aufrechter Position h\u00e4lt und nicht kopf\u00fcber an den Extremit\u00e4ten. Wir haben auch besprochen, wie man das Gefl\u00fcgel so in die Kisten und Container l\u00e4dt, dass die Verletzungsgefahr gering ist und die Tiere nicht ver\u00e4ngstigt werden. Der Kurs wurde in zwei Sprachen abgehalten, damit jeder dem Unterrichtsstoff folgen konnte, und zur Demonstration wurde ein Stoffhuhn benutzt. Der Kurs hat uns viel Spa\u00df gemacht, da viele Teilnehmer sich einbrachten und den Zweck des Unterrichts gut verstanden.
