Der Th\u00f6nes Naturverbund hat ein System entwickelt, bei dem die Schweine \u00fcber einen geschwungenen Treibgang zur Schlachtbox laufen und zwischen zwei Eing\u00e4ngen w\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen (sie werden also nicht in eine Richtung gezwungen). Der Transport der Schweine durch dieses System ist wesentlich stressfreier, insbesondere im Vergleich zu anderen Schlachth\u00f6fen, die wir besucht haben. Au\u00dferdem haben die Mitarbeiter aufgrund der niedrigen Schlachtgeschwindigkeit mehr Zeit pro Schwein, so dass sie ihre Aufgabe ruhiger erledigen k\u00f6nnen. Die positive Resonanz auf das Laufbahnkonzept im Th\u00f6nes Naturverbund motiviert nun auch andere Schlachth\u00f6fe (z. B.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eyesonanimals.com\/de\/grossfurtner-pig-slaughterhouse-in-austria-made-major-improvements\/\">Grossfurtner in \u00d6sterreich<\/a>) ihre Laufbahn umzubauen, was zu weniger Stress sowohl f\u00fcr die Tiere als auch f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter f\u00fchrt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Schweine im Th\u00f6nes Naturverbund werden elektrisch bet\u00e4ubt, wodurch sie sofort bewusstlos werden und nicht, wie bei der CO2-Gasbet\u00e4ubung, erst nach 20-30 Sekunden Panik, Schmerz und Atemnot.
