KDS ist verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Inspektion von rotem Fleisch im Hinblick auf Lebensmittelsicherheit und Tierschutz. Die Arbeitsbedingungen in Schlachth\u00f6fen sind oft sehr schlecht. &#8222;Bei extremer Hitze ist es in Schlachth\u00f6fen zu hei\u00df. Dies ist sowohl f\u00fcr die Tiere als auch f\u00fcr die Besch\u00e4ftigten problematisch.&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir kommen zu dem Schluss, dass das derzeitige Produktionsniveau das Problem darstellt. In den gr\u00f6\u00dferen Schlachth\u00f6fen wird \u201efast\u201c rund um die Uhr gearbeitet, so dass es unm\u00f6glich ist, das Wohlergehen sowohl der Tiere als auch der Arbeiter zu garantieren. Wenn Tiere zwischen 16 und 18 Stunden am Tag geschlachtet werden, ist es unm\u00f6glich, sich den hei\u00dfesten Stunden des Tages zu entziehen. Die Schlachth\u00f6fe m\u00fcssten weniger produzieren, um sicherzustellen, dass das Wohlergehen von Mensch und Tier nicht ernsthaft beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird. Schlachth\u00f6fe m\u00fcssen diesbez\u00fcglich Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Betriebsrat der KDS stellt au\u00dferdem fest, dass das derzeitige Hitzeprotokoll unzureichend ist, da es das Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeiter nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt. Aus diesem Grund sind sie damit besch\u00e4ftigt, ein eigenes Protokoll zu entwickeln.
