Seit mehr als einem Jahr kontrollieren Eyes on Animals Inspektoren und in j\u00fcngster Zeit unsere Praktikantin, Schlachttiertransporte mit Legehennen und Masth\u00e4hnchen. In vielen F\u00e4llen haben wir schockierende Beobachtungen gemacht: viele LKWs hatten tote, kranke oder schwerverletzte Tiere an Bord (von den Deckeln eingeklemmte gebrochene Fl\u00fcgel und zerquetschte K\u00f6pfe). Die Bauarten der verschiedenen Transportk\u00e4fige erf\u00fcllen nicht die gesetzlichen Anforderungen der EU; insbesondere nicht den Zugang zu den Tieren w\u00e4hrend des Transportes (in jedem Fall war es unm\u00f6glich den verletzten und sterbenden Tieren Hilfe zu leisten), die Vermeidung von Verletzungen war nicht gew\u00e4hrleistet, keine Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Sicherheit und nicht ausreichende Kopffreiheit.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-1915\" height=\"150\" width=\"143\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eyesonanimals.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/gallery_inspections_29052012_2.jpg\" alt=\"29052012_2\" width=\"143\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In unserem Bericht machten wir den Vorschlag die guten Eigenschaften von bestehenden Transportbeh\u00e4ltern zu \u00fcbernehmen und diese durch neue Ideen soweit zu verbessern, dass bessere Transportkisten entstehen die den EU-Tierschutzvorschriften entsprechen und den Tierschutz gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-1918\" height=\"150\" width=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eyesonanimals.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/gallery_inspections_29052012_3.jpg\" alt=\"29052012_3\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eyesonanimals.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/gallery_inspections_29052012_3.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.eyesonanimals.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/gallery_inspections_29052012_3-150x112.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<br \/>Wir werden darauf bestehen, dass die Gefl\u00fcgeltransportindustrie Verbesserungsma\u00dfnahmen ergreift, um das Leiden der Tiere w\u00e4hrend des Transportes zu verringern (bessere Transportk\u00e4fige und Fangteams die sorgf\u00e4ltiger und achtsamer beladen). Und wir fordern, dass die Beh\u00f6rden der EU und deren Mitgliedstaaten die gleichen Anforderungen und die gleichen Durchsetzungsverfahren anwenden wie bei Transportunternehmen mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Schlachttieren. Das Europ\u00e4ische Tierschutzgesetzt sch\u00fctzt alle Wirbeltiere gleicherma\u00dfen.
