\"NVWA<\/a>Heute hatte Eyes on Animals ein Treffen mit einem Transport-Inspektor, einem Ansprechpartner f\u00fcr den Tierschutz w\u00e4hrend des Transports und einem Ansprechpartner f\u00fcr Follow-up-Kontrollen von Tiertransporten der NVWA. Ziel war es, die Notwendigkeit einer besseren Kontrolle bei der Ausfuhr von Tieren in Drittl\u00e4ndern zu diskutieren. Oftmals werden hier die Ruhezeiten f\u00fcr Tiere und Fahrer nicht eingehalten, die Wichtigkeit einer visuellen Kontrolle, sowie der ausreichende Zugang zu Futter und Wasser sind nicht immer sichergestellt, ganz zu schweigen von Hilfe bei verletzten oder kranken Tieren an Bord. Ein weiterer Punkt waren die st\u00e4ndigen Probleme beim Transport junger Tiere sowie Gefl\u00fcgel.\u00a0Wir waren sehr entt\u00e4uscht zu h\u00f6ren, dass die NVWA sich gezwungen f\u00fchlt, geschlossene Fahrzeuge zu akzeptieren, die mit einer Kamera\u00fcberwachung als „Sichtkontrolle“ w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt ausgestattet sind. Wir sind der Meinung, dass niedergetrampelte oder verletzte Tiere nicht \u00fcber die Video\u00fcberwachung zu sehen sind. Des Weiteren sind wir der \u00dcberzeugung, dass die Tiere auf Langstrecken individuell gef\u00fcttert und getr\u00e4nkt werden m\u00fcssen, da eine ad\u00e4quate Versorgung durch die an Bord befindlichen Tr\u00e4nkesysteme nicht gew\u00e4hrleistet ist.\u00a0Trotzdem waren wir froh zu h\u00f6ren, dass es zuk\u00fcnftig auf bestimmten Routen st\u00e4rkere Kontrollen gibt, die auch wir mit Priorit\u00e4t betrachten w\u00fcrden, und dass das EU-Gericht eine klare Entscheidung getroffen hat: Die EG 1\/2005 Regelungen gelten auch, wenn die Transporter die EU verlassen.\u00a0Es wird zu \u00fcberlegen sein, wie das durchgesetzt wird.<\/p>\n
