Er beinhaltet das Leben in einer Haltungsanlage, das Schicksal der K\u00e4lber, den Verkauf von ausgesonderten K\u00fchen auf M\u00e4rkten, Langstreckentransporte von jungen K\u00e4lbern und Schlachtung. Ebenfalls sind die Gesetzeslage und die Kriterien f\u00fcr besondere Milchlabels wie Biological, Demeter und Weidemelk enthalten. Doch der Hauptpunkt des Berichts ist, dass er zeigt, dass bessere Alternativen verf\u00fcgbar sind und einige Milchbauern schon auf bessere Verfahrensweisen umgestellt haben. Hier sind nicht nur die Tiere in besserem Zustand, sonder auch die Bauern sind gl\u00fccklicher mit ihrer Wahl.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Warum werden diese Bauern nicht besser unterst\u00fctzt und wie k\u00f6nnen wir als Verbraucher sie unterst\u00fctzen?
