Trailing of sheep trucks from UK to Netherlands by boat
Early this morning, Eyes on Animals and the French organization, Protection Mondiale des Animaux de Ferme, trailed two livestock trucks coming off the Joline boat at Calais. A local freelancer from Eyes on Animals and the Animal Welfare Foundation inspected today a sheep truck from the Bulgarian transport company "Denis". Today we checked on several Dutch platted trucks from the company Keus en Mollink. We are relieved to see that this time, finally, the condition of the animals and the trucks appear alright.
